Arrival and Parking Information:

BrownWinick is located on the SE corner of 7^th Street and Grand Avenue in downtown Des Moines in the Ruan Center. The building also is identified as Bankers Trust. Directly East of the Marriott Hotel.

From the 235 Freeway

Take the 7^th Street (Downtown) exit. Travel south on 7^th Street to Grand Ave.

Parking is available in the 9^th and Locust Municipal Parking Garage. From 7^th Street, take a right at Grand Ave. and travel 1 block. The ramp will be on the South side of Grand. Bring your parking ramp ticket with you and BrownWinick will validate it.

From the 9^th and Locust Parking Garage – go to the SkyWalk level and follow the signs to the Ruan Center/Bankers Trust on the corner of Grand and 7^th Street.

From the SkyWalk level - Enter the Ruan Center at Bankers Trust branch doors and take the elevator down to the lobby. From street level enter the main lobby. We will have someone in the main lobby from 10:00 a.m. – 10:45 a.m. to escort you up to the 21^st Floor.

BrownWinick will validate your parking for the 9^th and Locust Parking Garage.
