Who do you know that has shown commitment to advancing Iowa’s biotech industry?

Nominations for the Iowa Biotech Leader of the Year Award are being accepted below from January 18 - February 4, 2022. The award winner will be announced and presented during the Iowa Biotech Showcase and Conference (IBSC) on March 1-2, 2022, in Ankeny, IA. Ideal candidates for this award include individuals who demonstrate the following traits and commitment to advancing Iowa’s biotech industry:

LEADERSHIP

• The individual has a leading role in their organization and within the industry.

INNOVATION

• The individual has consistently demonstrated an ability to bring innovative biotechnology products and services to the marketplace.

ADVOCACY

• The individual works effectively with other business and public policy leaders to promote and advance the biotech industry in Iowa.

The Iowa Biotech Leader Award is awarded to an outstanding individual who has demonstrated leadership in their organization and within the industry, an ability to bring innovative biotechnology products and services to the marketplace, and a commitment to advocate for Iowa’s biotechnology industry. The recipient will be determined by a committee of individuals with roles in Iowa’s biotechnology industry.
